Change to 11 Digit Dialing
  • Operating System: Windows 95
  • Application: Dial-Up Networking

  • Double-click the My Computer icon.

  • Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.

  • Double-click the Lanset icon.

  • Click the Dial Properties button.
  • Check the Dial as a long distance call checkbox.

  • Click the OK button.

  • Click the Connect button
