Get disconnected after receiving/sending email

To stop getting disconnected after receiving/sending email. Please follow the instructions below.

Outlook Express

  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. Click Tools menu and select Options...
  3. Select Connection tab
  4. Uncheck the box "Hang up after sending and receiving"
  5. Click OK

Microsoft Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click Tools menu and select Options...
  3. Select Mail Setup tab
  4. Uncheck the box "Hang up when finished with a manual Send/Receive"
  5. Click OK
